Information-
This is an emulator used for playing Game Boy Advance games. Can be used only on Windows. It also plays Game Boy and Game Boy Color games. Files supported are .zip, .gba, .gb and .gbc.
Instructions-
Extract the contents of VisualBoyAdvance-1.8.0-beta3.zip using an application(eg: Winrar, 7-zip). Open VisualBoyAdvance.exe. Click on File->Open and select the game you wish to play. Remember not to delete any files that come with the emulator such as vba.ini.

Note:
For Pokemon Games, it is advised to apply these settings(or similar). This should solve the white screen, internal battery, and real time clock errors.
Options->Emulator->Save type->Automatic, 128k
Options->Emulator->Real Time Clock (should be ticked)
Options->Gameboy->Automatic
Then, delete any .sav or .sgm files for the game in that directory and restart the emulator.
